Warriors & Watchmen is a conversation and interview podcast centered on military, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, and the people who stand beside them. Built around the idea of “Resilience as a Craft,” the show brings together diverse perspectives, personal experiences, advocacy, and some pretty damn good storytelling—spotlighting the people behind the service and the experiences that have shaped them. With a relaxed atmosphere rooted in brotherhood and sisterhood, Warriors & Watchmen gives guests and hosts the freedom to speak openly, share what’s on their minds, and let the conversation unfold naturally. At its heart, the mission is simple: honor the stories, champion CJ3 initiatives, and strengthen the community that supports those who serve. Warriors & Watchmen is hosted by the CJ3 Foundation nonprofit and produced by Negative Bounce Productions.

The theme colors of this Warriors & Watchmen shirt are red on black, with white accents. On the front of the black shirt is a big red “W” with a gray superscript “2” (or ‘squared’) following it. Beneath the big red “W”, in clear, crisp, but smaller white letters are the words “WARRIORS & WATCHMEN”. And beneath that in the same clear, crisp, smaller letters but in red is the word “PODCAST”. On the back yoke of the shirt is the Negative Bounce Productions’ frog logo. The sleeves maintain our tradition setup with the CJ3 Foundation letter scramble logo on the left sleeve and the American flag on the right sleeve.
